Celebrate Tasmanian Whisky Week with the unique experience of filling your very own Old Kempton black steel flask to take home!
Using a very special muscat release, you will fill your 200ml OKD flask, write your own personalised label, document your bottling and have a very special souvenir to take home and use over and over again. This release is only available until sold out.
We’ve kept it simple to book in - head to the link, select your day (between the 5th and 11th of August). Arrive on the day at 1.30pm and join us for a tour, fill your flask and enjoy a tasting with us.
We must stress that this whisky release is very limited and will be announced to the public within the next couple of days. If you would like a spot please make sure you book!
About PX x Bourbon
Aroma: A rich and complex aroma with dried cranberries, toasted coconut and marshmallow, toffee, and strawberry jam giving way to oak and mixed spices with a hint of Szechuan pepper.
Palate: A beguiling balance of sweet and sour with toasted oak malt, porridge oats, prunes, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Finish: A long warming finish with oak, spice and more Szechuan pepper.
This whisky started it journey in 20 litre Australian Apera Casks where it spent three years developing some dried fruit, spice, and oak characteristics. We then transferred a selection of these casks into a 120L Spanish Pedro Ximenez cask for a further 2 years, which developed the sweet jammy notes and a deeper layer of spice.
We finally married the whisky with a couple of experimental bourbon casks that had a heavy toast, which has brought in the toasted oak and coconut elements.

Enter the Draw
Each quarter, you are automatically entered into the ballot to receive an exclusive Old Kempton Whisky Club Members only release. You will be given the opportunity to opt out prior to the ballot day, if it is a whisky that you’re not interested in. If it’s a whisky that takes your fancy, you can also select to ‘double-up’ and purchase two bottles if you are successful in the ballot.
The first Member to double-up receives bottles 1 and 100 of the release. Ballot winners will be randomly chosen once entries close.

Enjoy your Old Kempton Whisky Club exclusive whisky!
If your name is drawn in the Ballot, your bottle is secured, and payment will be taken at that time. Your bottle will be sent straight out for you to enjoy.
If you are unsuccessful in winning a bottle, there is nothing to pay or do – except anticipate the next exclusive release.
